Kori helps learners practice Korean with lessons, speech practice, account features, progress tracking, and optional subscriptions. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider identifiers.
- Learning information such as onboarding answers, lesson progress, streaks, saved words, practice results, and app settings.
- Audio, image, or text you choose to submit for pronunciation, conversation, translation, object-capture, or support features.
- Subscription and purchase status from Apple, Superwall, Stripe, or related payment services.
- App diagnostics, crash logs, device information, and analytics events used to operate and improve Kori.
How We Use Information
- To provide lessons, speech practice, personalized learning plans, reminders, saved progress, and account features.
- To manage subscriptions, restore access, prevent abuse, and support customer requests.
- To understand app performance, fix bugs, improve content, and measure feature usage.
- To comply with legal, security, and platform requirements.
Sharing
We use service providers to operate Kori, including hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payments, subscriptions, messaging, and AI-powered learning features. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Choices
You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings, manage your subscription through Apple, and request account deletion in the Kori app. You may contact us at support@kori.app for privacy questions or data requests.
Children
Kori is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
